The core is a custom-made 8-inch concentric driver with a soft-dome tweeter of 1.25 inches at its centre: a point source in which the cone of the woofer works as the tweeter's waveguide.

The Twin-Drive magnet system, based on high-flux neodymium, generates a completely symmetrical field, to keep intermodulation distortion low. The sculpted front panel with several facets reduces diffraction; the fabric grilles are held in place magnetically and MoFi advises taking them off to obtain maximum performance. The terminals accept five types of connection.

Technical features

Configuration: two-way, bass reflex

Drivers: 8-inch concentric unit, soft-dome tweeter of 1.25 inches

Frequency response: 47 Hz - 30 kHz

Sensitivity: 87 dB (2.83 V, 1 m)

Impedance: 8 Ohm nominal, 6.4 Ohm minimum

Crossover frequency: 1.6 kHz

Power: 30 W recommended minimum, 150 W maximum input

Dimensions: width 290 mm, height 456 mm, depth 335 mm with grille (320 mm without)

Weight: 12.7 kg each

Available versions

Sold as a pair, in White finish, without stands.
