Rega's flagship integrated amplifier
Rega Osiris is a dual-mono Reference integrated amplifier delivering 162 W per channel into 8 ohms, with balanced XLR input, four line inputs and CNC-machined aluminium construction.
Osiris represents the pinnacle of Rega's solid-state integrated-amplifier design. The dual-mono structure delivers 162 W per channel into 8 ohms and 250 W into 4 ohms, with a signal path based on a minimalist high-gain topology and passive volume control. The aluminium chassis is CNC machined to a Rega design, while the power section uses high-current stages developed to maintain stability and control even with complex loudspeaker loads.

Amplification stage
The output section uses a symmetrical low-distortion, high-linearity circuit with eight 200 W Sanken output transistors in the high-current stage. The differential input amplifier and low-noise current generators are designed to keep the response stable across the full audio band. Audio-grade capacitors and low-inductance resistors are used at critical points, with the aim of preserving control particularly at low frequencies.
Dual-mono power supply
Two 400 VA toroidal transformers, one for each channel, form the heart of the power supply. They are mounted using a system designed to reduce the transfer of mechanical vibration to the chassis and work with 40,000 µF of K-Power capacitance per channel. The input and driver stages receive dedicated regulated supplies, while control, display and protection circuits have separate lines to limit contamination of the audio path.
Inputs and control
Connections include four RCA line inputs and one balanced XLR input, together with Direct input and record out. Volume control sits within a passive preamplifier topology, with only one power stage between input and loudspeakers. This arrangement reduces the number of stages traversed by the signal and allows Osiris to serve as the centre of an entirely analogue Reference system.
