Liberty, Anette Askvik's debut album, in a new immersive edition.
Liberty: the album
Norwegian artist and producer Anette Askvik blends acoustic instruments with electronics in her music. Liberty, her 2011 debut made with producer Øystein Sevåg, is played as a demonstration disc at hi-fi shows around the world.
For the Immersive Edition, sound engineer Gaute Nistov remixed the album in Dolby Atmos, using the surround channels to add depth to the space instead of effects. Morten Lindberg finalised the mix. This edition dates from 2025.
The audio formats on this edition
