High-performance analog interconnect with 72V DBS technology
The AudioQuest Mackenzie is an analog interconnect cable designed to ensure extremely clean and natural signal transfer. It uses Solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) conductors, Asymmetrical Double-Balanced geometry, and DBS 72V to keep the dielectric constantly polarized, reducing distortion and improving micro-dynamics. It is the ideal solution for connecting DACs, streamers, CD players, or preamplifiers in advanced Hi-Fi and Home Theater systems.
The Mackenzie uses solid core PSC+ (Perfect-Surface Copper+) conductors, a select version of ultra-smooth-surface copper that reduces internal grain and discontinuities, improving signal transmission.
Foamed Polyethylene (Foamed-PE) insulation maintains a low dielectric constant, reducing power consumption and preserving analog signal integrity.
The 72-volt Dielectric-Bias System (DBS) keeps the dielectric constantly polarized, stabilizing the electric field and improving signal linearity.
The Noise-Dissipation System (NDS) integrates shielding layers to dissipate RF noise, reducing interference and improving the signal-to-noise ratio, especially in environments with a high presence of digital devices.
