A 12" sub with more connection options
The single Monitor XT12 completes a stereo or home cinema system.
The single Polk Audio Monitor XT12 uses a forward-facing 12" bilaminate paper woofer and built-in Class A/B amplification. Its larger format than the XT10 suits those adding more radiating area for films, games or music in a larger room.

How it differs from XT10
It accepts RCA LFE and line signals and has speaker-level terminals for compatible systems. An 80-160 Hz or LFE low-pass setting, 0/180° phase switch and volume control help blend it with the main speakers.
The cabinet measures 407 x 418 x 456 mm and weighs 17.7 kg. The XT10 is narrower, using a 10" driver and Class D amplifier, but lacks the same speaker-level terminals. The XT12 needs mains power and adjustment from the listening position.
Speaker-level terminals broaden stereo connection options. LFE remains the usual path with a cinema receiver; allow for the deeper cabinet. The 407 mm cabinet width matters on the floor. Keep the controls and connections accessible when choosing a position.
