Active isolation and in-ear fit for travel
Denon AH-C840NCW are true wireless in-ear earbuds with active noise cancellation, ambient mode, app control and about 7 hours of use with ANC enabled.
Design and intended use
Unlike the open-fit C500W, they use sealing ear tips and electronic cancellation for transport, noisy offices and focused listening. Ambient mode temporarily restores awareness of the surroundings. They do not use the PerL models' AAT hearing profile; their proposition is more direct, centred on isolation, battery life and calls.

Selection and setup
A proper seal improves bass response, intelligibility and ANC performance at the same time, so every supplied tip size should be tried. Controls handle music, calls and listening modes without taking out the phone. With no headband, weight and pressure are concentrated entirely at the ear, an advantage for mobility that makes correct sizing important.
Final performance depends on fit in the ear, the codec negotiated with the smartphone and enabled functions. Battery life and range vary with volume, calls, cancellation and radio conditions, so the case is part of the system rather than a simple container. Regular cleaning of grilles and contacts helps maintain stable operation and charging.
