MK Sound M70 is a 2-way on-wall speaker with twin 4-inch woofers, a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter, 89 dB sensitivity and 80 Hz-20 kHz response.
MK Sound M70 belongs to the M Series and is designed for compact LCR fronts or stereo systems needing greater dynamics than M50. The greater radiating area adds output and body while retaining a cabinet less than 9 cm deep. The M Series is developed as a matched system: the greater radiating area of two woofers adds reserve over M50 without changing the philosophy of a compact, easy-to-integrate speaker.

Acoustic design
Twin 4-inch coated glass-fibre woofers work with a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter using a neodymium magnet. Response extends to 80 Hz and sensitivity rises to 89 dB, with 4-ohm nominal impedance. Lower extension and higher sensitivity make M70 suitable when the front stage must sustain greater levels, while a subwoofer can handle frequencies below the system crossover point.
Role in the system
Twin woofers and higher sensitivity suit front-channel duties in compact home cinema or a stereo system supported by a subwoofer. The narrow profile also allows vertical installation beside a display. Frequency- and time-domain analysis used for the M Series aims to maintain a wide listening window and consistent response even away from the exact on-axis position.
Crossover and timbre matching
The 1.8 kHz crossover is optimised for wall mounting and retains timbre matching with M50, M90 and M40T.
Installation and dimensions
Dimensions are 46 x 13 x 8.8 cm and weight is 3.8 kg. The shallow profile supports discreet installation where protruding loudspeakers are undesirable.
Construction and finishes
The sealed cabinet avoids reflex ports and remains predictable close to a wall. Ordersheet finishes are Black Satin or White Satin. The range is designed as a voice-matched system so satellites and surrounds maintain a consistent transition between channels around the room.
