Motorised TV lift with electric flap for 42" to 65" screens
The LSM-EFA is a TV lift with a motor-driven hinged lid, derived from the Future Automation LSM. It hides the screen inside a cabinet and raises it when wanted, comes in four sizes and carries 50 kg at most.
The lid does not rely on gravity but is driven by a motor: this is why the LSM-EFA fits marine applications, where the lid has to stay put while the screen is up. Its capacity makes it a sound choice for the living room or media room, where bigger screens tend to be installed.

Available sizes
The LSM-EFA4 takes screens with a height of 665 mm at most (about 42"-50") and needs 820 mm of internal cabinet height; the LSM-EFA5 reaches a 725 mm screen height (about 50"-55") with 880 mm inside the cabinet; the LSM-EFA6 reaches 795 mm (about 55"-60") with 950 mm; the LSM-EFA7 reaches 905 mm (about 60"-65") with 1060 mm.
Control and integration
The mechanism is operated by IR and contact closure; the manufacturer also lists a version with RF control. It works with the main home automation control standards, Crestron, AMX and Lutron among them, and can be installed as a standalone unit or tied into a smart home.
Environments
The LSM-EFA is an indoor mechanism and is rated for marine use: its lifting beam lets it be fitted inside boats and yachts without extra hardware, with a maximum load of 30 kg.
