The Future Automation PL is a TV lift built to measure: it lets the screen emerge for viewing from a cabinet or from a housing built in joinery and puts it away out of sight once it is no longer being watched. It suits screens from 32" to 65".
What sets the mechanism apart is its drop & roll flap lid system, a Future Automation design. Every lift is sized to the exact dimensions of the specified screen, so the mechanism matches the chosen screen and takes up as little room as it can.

Control and integration
The mechanism is operated by RS232, IR or contact closure; the manufacturer also lists RF control as available. The control box is external and connected through a 3 m wiring loom.
Installation
The PL is fitted inside a cabinet or a joinery housing. To define the cabinet, Future Automation provides a dedicated specification tool (PL Cabinet Specification Tool). The lift is manufactured in-house by Future Automation, at its facilities in Great Britain and the United States.
