Fyne Audio F501E: 2.5-way floorstanding speakers built around an IsoFlare driver
The Fyne Audio F501E is a floorstander with a small footprint, suited to medium-sized rooms and to both music listening and film soundtracks. Sold as a pair.
Each cabinet carries a 150 mm IsoFlare point source unit, where a multi-fibre cone handles bass and midrange and a 25 mm titanium-dome compression tweeter sits at its centre, plus a second multi-fibre bass driver of equal diameter. The reflex port fires towards the floor and works with the BassTrax system which, according to Fyne Audio, spreads the sound evenly around the room so that positioning becomes less critical. The enclosure is made of MDF.
