2.5-way floorstanding loudspeaker with a 200 mm IsoFlare driver
F702SP is a 2.5-way floorstanding loudspeaker from the F700SP range, built by hand in the United Kingdom. Fyne Audio suggests it for medium and large rooms. Sold as a pair.
Its 200 mm IsoFlare driver derives from the one used in the F1-8 model and adopts a revised high-frequency waveguide for a smoother response; a second 200 mm unit for bass and midrange works beside it. The cabinet is that of the F702 model, tuned with a twin cavity and equipped with the BassTrax low-frequency diffuser. The crossover has been redesigned and optimised through computer modelling and long listening sessions: it uses high-quality Claritycap capacitors, Neotech PC-OCC wiring and WBT Nextgen 0703 terminals with gold plating, and undergoes a proprietary cryogenic treatment. The loudspeaker rests on a heavy aluminium platform with M12 threaded cones as supports.

Technical data
The crossover uses a second-order low-pass and a first-order high-pass. The cabinet is made of pressed birch plywood of high density, braced internally; it measures 1126 x 439 x 443 mm (height x width x depth) and weighs 37.5 kg: size and weight apply to one loudspeaker. For anyone adding a super tweeter, the data sheet gives its distance from the cabinet's front edge: 63 mm for S-Trax, 39 mm for SuperTrax.
