AL32 PROCESSING
The DCD-600NE features AL32 Processing, an analog waveform reproduction technology from Denon. AL32 Processing uses data interpolation algorithms that smooth the waveform and restore data that was lost during digital recording. The resulting sound reproduction is highly detailed, free from interference, rich in the low ranges and more faithful to the original sound. Hear the songs as the artist intended.
PLAYBACK OF CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 AND WMA
Support for all discs in your audio collection. The DCD-600NE plays your CDs, CD-R/RWs, MP3s and WMAs. Listen to your favorite formats in high resolution and feel the extreme fidelity that the DCD-600NE can reproduce.
ROBUST CONSTRUCTION WITH CAREFULLY SELECTED COMPONENTS
With more than 100 years of experience crafting world-class audio components, you can be confident that your Denon product has been rigorously constructed with the finest materials. The overall aesthetics, sound quality and design integrity of the DCD-600NE and its Hi-Fi components are built to last.
Circuitry with minimized signal path
The circuit paths of the DCD-600NE have been carefully designed to keep signal paths as short as possible. With layered track cards and shorter paths, interference between circuits and between left and right channels, and adverse influences on audio signals, are minimized. As a result, the DCD-600NE reproduces a clean sound that is highly transparent and faithful to the original recording.

Vibration resistant design for flawless sound
The vibration-resistant design reduces the adverse sound effects of the heavier components within the player, allowing the sound to meet Denon's high quality standards. The transformers are positioned immediately above the insulators to prevent unwanted vibrations. By placing the transformers close to the feet, vibration to the chassis is reduced, resulting in excellent sound. This design is known as Direct Mechanical Ground Construction: with a metal bracket linking the CD transport and chassis to the high-density feet, unwanted resonances are further reduced for interference-free sound.

Direct Mechanical Ground Construction
The DCD-600NE features a metal chassis to have a high mechanical stability which allows to suppress the vibrations caused by the rotation of the disk.
Optical digital output
The DCD-600NE features an optical digital output for connecting it to the digital input of an amplifier or AV receiver.

Pure Direct Mode
Listen in Pure Direct Mode with the DCD-600NE. Pure Direct Mode disables the digital output and display which could negatively affect the signal. What you will hear is a cleaner, more detailed and more accurate sound.
