Moving magnet cartridge with a nude Shibata stylus.

2MR Black LVB 250: the design

The 2MR series has the same specifications as the matching 2M in a body of reduced height, for tonearms with little vertical room such as those on Rega turntables.

It carries a nude Shibata stylus on a boron cantilever. Output is 5 mV, it tracks at 1.6 g and wants a load of 47 kohms.

It is the edition created for the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven's birth.
