Primare DM36

Primare DM36: D/A converter module with MQA processing for the I25, I35 and PRE35

DM36 is the DAC module for the integrated amplifiers I25 and I35 and for the PRE35 preamplifier. It is built around an ESS ES9068A chipset resolving up to PCM 384 kHz/32 bit and DSD 256, and it takes the place of the earlier DM35 in Primare's modular models. Complete MQA processing is available with Prisma sources and with Primare CD players.

The PCM up-sampling option, once switched on, raises 16/44.1 kHz signals to 24/88.2 kHz, while 24/48 kHz ones go to 24/96 kHz. The coaxial output delivers the native signal of the digital inputs and, for analogue inputs, a 48 or 96 kHz signal as selected.
