Elemental Phono USB Final Edition: the design
The Elemental looks pared back to the bare minimum, yet beneath the platter bearing sits a block of artificial stone acting as a central mass. That weight, concentrated exactly where the platter turns, soaks up rumble and motor vibration before either can reach the stylus. The Final Edition revives this model from the brand's history as a commemorative series, built in Europe and delivered with a personalised certificate of ownership.
For this edition the cartridge is the Pick it 25A, whose coils are wound in pure silver for greater transparency and dynamics. Tracking weight and anti-skating leave the factory already set, so you only have to connect the deck and listen. The platter is the acrylic Acryl it E, a material that adds no resonance of its own, and an aluminium puck holds the record down. The very low-mass aluminium arm rides on a carefully made bearing that helps it follow the groove accurately.
A USB-B socket sits next to the RCA outputs: the internal delta-sigma converter lets you record vinyl to a computer at up to 16 bit and 48 kHz. The motor runs from an external 15 V supply. The package specified for Italy also includes the Cover it E lid and the Ground it E base for the turntable to stand on.
