MK Sound V12+ is a sealed active subwoofer with a 12-inch long-throw driver, 20-200 Hz response and a 400 W RMS / 800 W peak amplifier with app control.
The V+ Series combines a single long-throw woofer, sealed enclosure and switch-mode amplification in a footprint suited to living spaces. V12+ measures 39.5 x 39.5 x 39.5 cm and weighs 21.2 kg; the curved, tapered housing reduces visual impact without using a reflex port.

Design and drivers
The single 12-inch woofer works in a sealed enclosure to prioritise transient control and eliminate port noise. Long excursion moves substantial air from a compact cabinet, while the sealed alignment also supports a progressive blend with the main loudspeakers.
Amplification and performance
The power stage delivers 400 W RMS and 800 W peak. Headroom Limiter Maximizer dynamically supervises excursion and available headroom, helping film and music transients remain controlled when programme material demands sudden low-frequency energy.
System integration
THX Certified Select verifies the model against the reference-level requirements of its THX class. Rated response is 20-200 Hz; the subwoofer can reproduce LFE in home cinema or extend low frequencies in a stereo system, with crossover and level set to match the main speakers.
Controls and connections
V12+ and V15+ are configured through the M&K Professional App: Bluetooth is used for control rather than audio streaming. The app adjusts volume, crossover, delay and phase and provides four Manual EQ bands plus Auto EQ based on measurements around the listening position.
Construction and installation
The cabinet is sealed, with rounded lines and a square front; the available finish is Black o White Satin. Feet and power cable complete installation, while the 21.2 kg mass helps keep the enclosure stable during high-excursion passages. The design remains consistent with the MK Sound satellite/subwoofer philosophy, separating deep bass from the monitor workload to reduce interference and preserve clarity through the mid and high frequencies.
