The Barco Hodr Cinemascope is a home cinema projector designed for dedicated environments that require a native 21:9 aspect ratio without the use of external anamorphic lenses. Based on 3-chip DLP® technology with 5K UHD 5120 × 2160 resolution, it uses a high-power laser source to ensure high brightness, perfect uniformity and professional color accuracy. The three 0.9” DMDs ensure image stability, true detail and the absence of artifacts typical of single-chip systems. Thanks to its digital cinema-derived platform, it offers extended coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and support for HDR10 / HLG content, ensuring an authentic cinematic experience on widescreen displays.

High brightness and dynamic contrast management

The laser projection system allows the Hodr Cinemascope to reach up to approximately 7,500 lumens , making it ideal for large 21:9 screens. Dynamic Laser Dimming technology optimizes contrast scene by scene, enhancing image depth and three-dimensionality. Proprietary video processing precisely manages HDR tone mapping , with 12-bit color processing and advanced scaling. Interchangeable professional TLD+ lenses allow maximum flexibility during installation.
